DrawSpa ("we," "us") makes an iPhone drawing app that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains what information the app collects — which is nothing — and applies to the DrawSpa iOS app and drawspa.com.
Data we collect
None. DrawSpa has no account, no sign-in, no backend server, and makes no network requests of any kind. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, and nothing to track you with. The app has nothing in the "Data Linked to You," "Data Not Linked to You," or "Data Used to Track You" App Store privacy categories, because it collects no data at all.
What stays on your device
Everything. Your brushes, drawings, and every setting you change are stored locally on your device and never leave it. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, because the app has nowhere to upload it to.
Third parties
We don't share data with anyone, because we don't collect any. If you buy the app through the App Store, Apple handles that transaction directly — we never see your payment details, and nothing about that purchase is sent to us. If you choose to support development through Ko-fi, that payment is handled entirely by Ko-fi and its payment processor — we only see what Ko-fi shows any creator about a payment (amount, optional message), never your card or account details.

This website is a static, display-only site. If you use the support contact form, the information you type there (name, email, message) is sent to us so we can reply to you — that's the only data we ever handle, and only because you chose to send it.
Your rights and choices
Because the app collects no personal information, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete from our side. If you've contacted us through the support form and want that message deleted, email support@drawspa.com.
Children's privacy
DrawSpa is not directed to children under 13. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, including children, there is nothing additional to disclose here.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if that ever changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you in the app.
